Series lore and name
The gasbagon is a hyper-inflated dragon with a stopper in its tail, kept aloft by the noxious gases in its bloated belly. It is an orange, balloon like dragon with a tan segmented belly, four limbs with three fingered/toed claws, spiky spines on its back, and one single purple eye like a cyclops. It can breathe fire, but what makes this dragon dangerous above all others is its Kamikazee-style suicide attack.

Using Gasbagon
Gasbagon sits in the Dragon family.
In DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Withered World you do not fight beside your monsters — you build the party and command it. Up to four monsters are active with four more in reserve, and synthesis is the main way to raise a keeper: combine two monsters from level 10 and the child inherits the parents' talents, with a Plus Value that can lift it past their rank.
